When resident record data is submitted via a form, AI automatically reads the desired information, stores it in Microsoft Excel, and notifies Microsoft Teams in a flow.
This allows you to add the contents of the resident record to the database quickly and accurately without manual input, improving work efficiency.
■Notes
・Please integrate Yoom with both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・AI operations are features (operations) available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan.
・For the Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operations of the configured flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
