■Overview
Automatically issue HRMOS accounts from the Yoom database.
The issued account information will be notified to employees via email.
■Setup Method
1. Integrate HRMOS with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set the desired database or table in the trigger section.
3. In the HRMOS "Register Employee" operation, set optional information such as username, department, and position based on the information obtained from the Yoom database.
4. Specify the desired records using checkboxes, etc., from the relevant database and activate the flow bot.
5. The HRMOS account will be issued, and an invitation email will be sent to the employee.
■Notes
・Integration settings with the HRMOS account are required.
・Please create and use a database in Yoom to manage employee information.
・Please replace the HRMOS account information with any desired values.
