freee Sign is an effective tool for streamlining the entire process of sending forms.
It allows you to create contracts based on the information registered in Airtable and associate it with centrally managed information, facilitating smooth access to information.
However, manually entering the registered information from Airtable each time to create contracts with freee Sign can decrease work efficiency.
By using this flow, you can automatically create and send contracts by activating the flow from the detail page in Airtable.
Since the contract creation references the registered information in Airtable, it significantly reduces manual work.
Additionally, by utilizing the referenced information for contract creation, it prevents input errors and omissions that could occur during manual work.
