You can apply smoothly regardless of location, and the approval process is streamlined.
■Notes
・Please integrate Yoom with both Microsoft Teams and freee HR.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・Branches are available from the mini plan and AI operations are available from the team plan. In plans that are not eligible, the set operations will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans have a two-week free trial, during which you can use restricted apps and features (operations).
・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.
・This flow assumes posting messages to a specific channel for overtime requests.
It is necessary to inform employees to post in a specified format in advance for integration with each employee's freee account and efficient information extraction by AI.
By adding more branches, it is possible to automatically determine whether a message qualifies as an overtime request without preparing a dedicated channel.
