■How the workflow works
- First, connect Slack and ChatGPT with Yoom.
- Next, select Slack as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is posted to a channel.”
- Then, set up ChatGPT’s “Generate text” action in the operation and instruct it to summarize the contents of the posted file.
- Finally, set up Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action in the operation to post the summary generated by ChatGPT to the designated channel.

■Customization options
- In the Slack trigger settings, choose which channel should start the flow when a file is posted.
- Customize the instructions (prompt) for ChatGPT to fit your needs, such as “Summarize this in bullet points.”
- For the action that sends a message to Slack, you can choose the notification channel, mentions, message content, and more.
■Notes
- Connect both Slack and ChatGPT with Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need a paid OpenAI API plan. (You must be able to make payments when the API is used.)

- OpenAI charges for ChatGPT API usage based on the number of tokens used when communicating with the API. As a result, an error will occur if you are unable to make payments when using the API.
