- First, connect Slack and ChatGPT to Yoom.
- Select Slack as the trigger and set the channel to monitor with the “When a message is posted to a channel” action.
- Select ChatGPT as the operation and use the “Generate text” action to determine whether the posted message is inappropriate.
- Next, use the branching feature to split the workflow based on ChatGPT’s response.
- Finally, configure Slack’s “Send a message to a channel” action to send a warning message when a post is deemed inappropriate.

- You can freely set the branching conditions that determine when to send a warning based on ChatGPT’s response.
- You can customize the users to mention and the content of the message sent with the warning.
■Notes
- Connect both Slack and ChatGPT to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and above. On the Free plan, operations configured in the Flowbot will result in an error.
- Paid plans, including the Personal plan, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and features (operations).
- To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need a paid OpenAI API plan that allows you to make payments when the API is used.
