- First, connect Google Drive and Discord to Yoom.
- Next, select Google Drive as the trigger and set the action to “When a specific file is created or updated.”

- Configure the Google Drive action “Download a file.”
- Set up the OCR feature to “Read any image or PDF” and extract text from the downloaded file.
- Finally, configure Discord’s “Send a message” action to notify a specific channel of the information extracted by OCR.

- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, workflows containing this operation will result in an error.

- The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
