Add a shared link and notify Microsoft Teams when a file matching specific conditions is uploaded to Box

■Flow Bot Steps

1. First, connect Box and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
2. Next, set Box's “When a file is uploaded to a folder” action as the trigger. Specify the Box folder to monitor.
3. Then, configure branching and define the conditions for subsequent actions, such as the uploaded file name or file format.
4. For files that meet the conditions, set Box's “Add a shared link to a folder” action to automatically generate a shareable link for the uploaded file.
5. Finally, set Microsoft Teams' “Send a message to a channel” action to automatically post a message containing the generated share link to the specified channel.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts a flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within a flow after the trigger starts.

• You can freely set and add conditions for branching.
• For Microsoft Teams notifications, you can freely choose the destination channel or team to match your environment. You can also customize messages flexibly by dynamically inserting information obtained in the previous step, such as the file name or share link, as variables.

• Connect both Box and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
• Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home users and organizations (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to an organization plan.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an available operation on the Mini plan and higher. On the Free plan, configured flow bot operations that use branching will result in an error.
• Paid plans, including the Mini plan, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to plan restrictions.
