■How the Flowbot Works

1. First, connect Dropbox and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
2. Next, select Dropbox as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is created or updated in a specific folder.” This allows Yoom to detect file activity in the specified folder.
3. Finally, select Microsoft Teams as the operation and set the action to “Send a message to a channel.” Specify the notification message and destination channel for when a file is added or updated in Dropbox.

• With Microsoft Teams’ “Send a message to a channel” action, you can select any channel to receive the notification.

• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
