■Flow

1. First, connect Box and Discord to Yoom.
2. Select Box's “When a file is uploaded to a folder” action as the trigger and specify the folder to monitor.
3. Next, add Box's “Download a file” action and configure it to retrieve the file detected by the trigger.
4. Then, select “Extract text from an image or PDF” to extract text information from the downloaded file.
5. After that, configure the AI feature “Generate text” and instruct it to generate analysis results or a summary using the text extracted by OCR, the file name, and other information from the previous steps.
6. Finally, add Discord's “Send a message” action and configure it to automatically send the AI-generated text to a specified channel or user.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• With the OCR feature, you can freely specify the data fields and areas you want to extract as text.
• With “Generate text,” you can freely customize the prompt and create dynamic, detailed messages by incorporating information obtained in previous operations as variables.
• For Discord notifications, you can combine fixed text with variables such as AI-generated content to share information flexibly based on the situation.

• Connect both Box and Discord to Yoom.
• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
