■How the Flowbot Works

1. First, connect Discord and Box to Yoom.
2. Next, select Box as the trigger, set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder,” and specify the target folder.
3. Next, configure the branching feature in the operation settings so that the flow proceeds only when specific conditions, such as the file name or extension, are met.
4. Next, configure Box’s “Download a file” action in the operation settings.
5. Finally, configure Discord’s “Send a file” action in the operation settings and send the downloaded file to the specified channel.

* “Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the branching settings, define the conditions for sending notifications as needed—for example, only when the file name contains a specific keyword or when the file has a specific extension, such as .pdf or .png.
• When configuring the action to send a file in Discord, specify the channel ID of your choice as the notification destination.

• Connect both Box and Discord to Yoom.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and higher. On the Free plan, operations configured in the Flowbot will result in an error.
