- First, connect Discord and Bubble with Yoom
- Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
- Then, configure the branching feature in Operations so that subsequent steps run only when specific conditions are met
- Next, configure the AI feature in Operations to extract the data you want to register from the Discord message
- Finally, configure Bubble’s “Create a Thing” action in Operations to register the data extracted by AI

- In the branching feature, set execution conditions as needed, such as processing only messages that contain specific keywords

- When creating a Thing in Bubble, you can configure the settings flexibly by entering fixed text for registered fields or inserting values retrieved in previous operations

- Connect both Discord and Bubble with Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
