This workflow eliminates the inefficiencies of information sharing by automatically having Anthropic (Claude) summarize specific messages posted on Discord and notify Microsoft Teams. Integrating Anthropic (Claude) with Microsoft Teams helps streamline information sharing across your team.

■Workflow Steps

1. First, connect Discord, Anthropic (Claude), and Microsoft Teams to Yoom
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
3. Next, configure the branching feature in Operations so that only specific messages continue to the subsequent steps
4. Next, select Anthropic (Claude) in Operations and summarize the Discord message using the “Generate text” action
5. Finally, configure Microsoft Teams’ “Send a message to a channel” action in Operations to notify your team of the generated summary

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that performs processing within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• In the Discord trigger settings, specify the server ID and channel ID you want to monitor for notifications
• With the branching feature, you can freely set conditions for running subsequent actions, such as processing only messages that contain specific keywords
• When creating summaries with Anthropic (Claude), you can freely edit the prompt and insert information retrieved from Discord, such as the message body, as variables
• You can select any channel in Microsoft Teams as the notification destination. You can also freely compose the notification message by combining fixed text with the summary generated in a previous step of the workflow

■Important Notes

• You must connect each of Discord, Anthropic (Claude), and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) offers plans for home users and businesses (Microsoft 365 Business). Authentication may fail if you are not subscribed to a business plan.
• Branching is an Operation available on the Mini Plan and higher. On the Free Plan, the configured Operations in the workflow will result in an error.
• Paid plans, including the Mini Plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (Operations) that are subject to plan restrictions.
