- Then, configure a branch in the operation settings so that the workflow proceeds only when the file meets specified conditions, such as its name or type
- Finally, set the “Send an email” action for Zoho Mail to automatically send a notification email to the relevant people

- In the Box trigger settings, specify the folder you want to monitor for notifications using its content ID
- With the branching feature, you can set custom conditions for sending notifications, such as when the file name contains specific keywords
- For the Zoho Mail “Send an email” action, select the account you want to use as the sender

- Connect both Box and Zoho Mail to Yoom.
- Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, the operations configured in this workflow will result in an error.
