■Overview
Do you find it time-consuming to manually enter task information managed in Asana into Shopify, or run into transcription errors? Accurate order management is essential, especially for e-commerce operations.

When a specific task is added to Asana, the workflow extracts the required data from its content and automatically creates the order information in Shopify, eliminating the challenges of manual work and improving operational efficiency.

■Benefits of Using This Template

■How the Flowbot Works
- First, connect Asana and Shopify to Yoom.
- Next, select Asana as the trigger and set the action to “When a new task is added to a specific project.”
- Then, set the “Extract data from text” action under Text Extraction operations to extract the data required for the order from the Asana task information.
- Finally, set Shopify’s “Create order information” action under Operations to create the order information using the data extracted in the previous step.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- For the text extraction action, specify the fields you want to extract from the Asana task description, such as the customer name, product ID, and quantity.
- For the action that creates order information in Shopify, configure each order detail field as needed using values obtained through text extraction and other data.
■Notes
- Connect both Asana and Shopify to Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval depends on your plan.
- Shopify is available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, operations and Data Connects in configured Flowbots that use Shopify will result in errors.
- Paid plans, including the Team and Success plans, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to plan restrictions.
