■Flowbot Overview

1. First, connect Discord and Zoho Mail to Yoom
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
3. Then, configure branching in the operation so that the workflow proceeds only when specific conditions are met, such as when a post contains a specified keyword
4. When the conditions are met, use Discord’s “Download files from a message” action to save the PDF file to Yoom
5. Next, configure the RPA feature (Operate the browser) and record the steps for converting the downloaded PDF to DWG format on any online conversion site
6. After formatting the file name with the Data Conversion feature, upload the converted DWG file using Zoho Mail’s “Upload file” action
7. Finally, configure Zoho Mail’s “Send email (with attachment)” action to attach the file and send it to the specified recipient

■Customization Options

• In the Discord trigger settings, specify the channel where you want to start the Flowbot
• With the branching feature, you can freely set the conditions for running the workflow, such as responding only to messages containing a specific keyword like “#conversion-request”
• With the RPA feature (Operate the browser), you can specify the online PDF-to-DWG conversion site you normally use and freely record and configure the required steps
• Use the Data Conversion feature to apply any naming convention, such as adding a date or specific text to the converted file name
• In the Zoho Mail email action, you can freely set the recipient, subject, and body. You can also insert variables such as the content of the Discord post into the body

• Connect both Discord and Zoho Mail to Yoom.
• Branching is available on the Mini plan and above, while the Operate the browser operation is available only on the Success plan. On other plans, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
