With this workflow, AI automatically summarizes the task details and sends a notification to Google Chat whenever a task is added to Asana, streamlining the process of sharing tasks between Asana and Google Chat.

■Workflow steps

1. First, connect Asana and Google Chat to Yoom.
2. Next, select Asana as the trigger and set the action to “When a new task is added to a specific project.”
3. Then, select the AI feature as an operation and configure the “Summarize” action to summarize the task details retrieved from Asana.
4. Finally, select Google Chat as an operation and configure the “Send a message” action to notify a specified space with the summary.

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes information within the workflow after the trigger starts.

■Customizing this workflow

• In the Asana trigger settings, specify the workspace ID and project ID for the tasks you want to include in notifications.
• For AI-powered summarization, combine information retrieved from Asana, such as the task name and detailed description, to create the text to summarize. You can also freely customize the summarization criteria.
• For Google Chat notifications, you can specify the destination space and embed fixed text or information retrieved in the previous Asana and AI steps as variables in the message body.

• Connect both Asana and Google Chat to Yoom.
• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
