■How the Flowbot Works

1. First, connect Discord and Front with Yoom
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
3. Then, configure a branch in the operation so that only messages matching specific conditions are processed in subsequent steps
4. Next, use an AI feature in the operation to extract the information you want to register as a contact from the message body
5. Finally, set Front’s “Create New Contact” action in the operation and create a new contact based on the extracted information

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization Options

• With the branching feature, you can freely define the conditions that start the flow, such as processing only messages that contain specific keywords or posts from specific users
• When creating a contact in Front, you can flexibly customize the registration details by entering fixed values in the settings or inserting information obtained from previous triggers or operations as variables

• Connect both Discord and Front with Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, configured Flowbot operations that use branching will result in an error.
