■Flow bot steps

1. First, connect Google Forms and Google Sheets with Yoom
2. Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set the “When a response is submitted to the form” action
3. Next, set the Google Drive “Download a file” action as an operation to retrieve the file attached to the form
4. Next, set the OCR “Extract text from an image or PDF” action as an operation to extract text from the downloaded file
5. Finally, set the Google Sheets “Add a record” action as an operation to register the extracted text data in the designated sheet

■Customization options

• In the Google Forms trigger settings, specify the ID of the form you want to use
• In the OCR operation settings, specify the text fields you want to extract from the file
• In the Google Sheets operation settings, specify the spreadsheet ID and sheet name where you want to register the data

• ‍‍Connect both Google Forms and Google Sheets with Yoom.
• You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on your plan.
• AI operations for OCR or audio transcription are available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, configured flow bot operations will result in an error.
• Paid plans, including the Team and Success plans, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
• The maximum downloadable file size is 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
