■How the Flowbot works

1. First, connect Typebot and Discord to Yoom
2. Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
3. Then, configure the Branch operation so that subsequent steps run only when a received message meets specific conditions
4. Next, configure Typebot’s “Start Chat” and “Continue Chat” actions in the operations to start the automated response
5. Finally, configure Discord’s “Create a thread from a message” and “Send a message to a thread” actions in the operations to post Typebot’s response in the thread

※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts.

■Customization options

• With the Branch operation, you can set custom conditions for the types of messages that start the workflow. For example, you can target only messages containing specific keywords, such as “Question.”
• You can freely customize the messages sent to Discord. In addition to fixed text, you can embed information retrieved by the trigger or Typebot’s responses as variables to send dynamic messages tailored to each situation

■Notes

• Connect both Discord and Typebot to Yoom.
• You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
• Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
• Branching is an operation available on the Mini plan and above. On the Free plan, configured Flowbot operations will result in errors.
• Paid plans, including the Mini plan, come with a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise restricted.
