- Next, use the loop feature to process the retrieved goals one by one.
- Within the loop, configure the Asana operation “Retrieve goal details” to retrieve detailed information for each goal.
- Finally, configure the Notion operation “Add a record” to add the retrieved goal information to your chosen database.

- For the schedule trigger, set the days of the week, time range, and other conditions for running this workflow.
- For the Asana action that retrieves a list of goals, set the ID of the workspace you want to target.
- For the loop feature, configure the workflow to repeat the process based on the list of goals retrieved from Asana in the previous step.
- For the Notion action that adds a record, choose the destination database and map the information retrieved from Asana to the properties of your choice.

- Connect both Asana and Notion with Yoom.
- Operations between “Repeat the same process” operations are available only on the Team and Success plans. On the Free and Mini plans, the configured flowbot operations and data connections will result in errors.
