When an application is submitted through the form, change the route according to the application content and notify different Slack channels.

■Overview

‍When a response is submitted to the Yoom form, the direction of progress is switched and notifications are sent to separate chat rooms according to the content of the application.

It is possible to notify specific teams based on the form responses.

■Preparation

・Pre-registration (integration) with the app to be used is required. The following is a reference guide for integration.

■Creation Method

① Select the form trigger, configure the following settings, and save.

・Each question item: Set necessary question items such as name, contact information, address, and prize information for the application form.

・Obtained values: You can enter demo values on the next page. Please enter demo values as they will be used in the subsequent test.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to switch the direction of progress, configure the following settings, and save.

・Operation: Select the form trigger from step ①.

・Output: Select the item for which you want to switch the direction of progress in step ①. In this example, it is switched based on prize content.

・Switching conditions: Directly enter the values obtained in step ①. You can add routes by pressing "Add value".

③ Press the + mark, select Slack from the operation to integrate with the app, configure the following settings, and perform a test and save.

・Action: Send a message to the channel

・Channel ID to post to: Click the field and select the channel you want to send to from the displayed options.

・Message: Enter any message. You can also embed the values obtained in step ① as shown below. (Embed output)
