◼️Overview
When a survey response is submitted through Yoom's form, the direction of progress is switched according to the response content, and notifications are sent to separate chat rooms.
It is possible to notify specific teams based on the form responses.
◼️Preparation
You need to register (link) your My Apps with the app you will use in advance. Below is a reference guide for linking.

◼️Creation Method
① Select the form trigger, configure the following settings, and save.
・Each question item: Set necessary question items such as name, contact information, address, and product information for the survey form.
・Obtained values: You can enter demo values on the next page. Please enter demo values as they will be used in the subsequent test.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to switch the direction, configure the following settings, and save.
・Operation: Select the form trigger from step ①.
・Output: Select the item for which you want to switch the direction in step ①. In this example, it is switched based on the purchased product content.
・Switching conditions: Directly enter the values obtained in step ①. You can add routes by pressing "Add value."

③ Press the + mark, select Slack from the operation to link with the app, perform the following settings, test, and save.
・Action: Send a message to the channel
・Channel ID to post to: Click the field and select the desired channel from the displayed options.
・Message: Enter any message. It is also possible to embed values obtained in step ① as shown below. (Embed output)
