■Overview
This is a flow where you issue a quotation from the Salesforce opportunity page based on a Microsoft Excel template and send the file to Chatwork.
The quotation is created using the product information linked to the opportunity. Therefore, please associate products with the opportunity information in advance.
The created report file can be sent via email or to any chat tool such as Slack or Google Chat.
Additionally, by using a trigger with a Chrome extension, you can directly activate the trigger from Salesforce.
■Notes
・Please integrate Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Chatwork with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a personal plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・Salesforce is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the Flowbot will result in errors, so please be cautious.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are usually restricted.
