■Benefits of using this template
GENIEE SFA/CRM is a tool to streamline sales activities, but manually notifying Slack every time prospect information is registered can delay information sharing within the team and hinder prompt responses.
By implementing this flow, when a prospect is registered in GENIEE SFA/CRM, it is automatically notified to Slack, allowing the entire sales team to quickly grasp prospect information and enabling prompt responses and follow-ups.
