■Benefits of using this template
Notion is a tool that allows you to centrally manage customer information using a database and share it within the team for smooth business operations.
However, manually entering information registered in Notion each time to create a quotation can be time-consuming and may lead to the loss of business opportunities.
By utilizing this flow, you can automatically add information from Notion to a Microsoft Excel template to create a quotation and send it via email.
Since the flow can be activated directly from the Notion database, you can quickly complete the creation and sending of quotations, allowing for speedy responses.
Additionally, by automating the process from creating to sending quotations, you can significantly reduce manual effort and time, allowing you to focus on other core tasks and improve productivity.
