■Benefits of using this template
Misoca allows for speedy invoice creation, contributing to the efficiency of billing operations.
However, if there are a large number of invoices to be created, manual work may lead to input errors or omissions, increasing the burden of billing operations.
This template automates the creation and sending of invoices based on the status in Airtable, thereby reducing the burden of billing operations.
■Notes
・Please integrate Airtable, Misoca, and Outlook with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both personal and business plans (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to a business plan, authentication may fail.
・Branching is a feature available with the Mini Plan or higher. If you are on the Free Plan, the operations set in the Flowbot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans like the Mini Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
