■How the Flowbot Works

First, connect Google Business Profile to Yoom.
Next, select Google Business Profile as the trigger and set the action to “When a review is posted or updated.”
Then, set up a branching operation with the condition “Created date and time = Updated date and time” so that only newly created reviews proceed to the subsequent actions. Without this branch, updated reviews will also proceed to the next action.
Next, set up the AI feature’s “Generate text” action as an operation and instruct it to generate a response based on the posted review.
Finally, set up Google Business Profile’s “Reply to a review” action as an operation to post the AI-generated text as a response to the actual review.

■Customize This Workflow

In the Google Business Profile trigger settings, specify the location ID of the store or location where you want to detect reviews.
In the AI feature operation, customize the instructions to AI so it can adjust the tone of the response based on the review rating, such as the number of stars, and its content.

■Notes

Connect Google Business Profile to Yoom.
You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, the configured Flowbot operation will result in an error.
Paid plans, including the Personal plan, offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are subject to plan restrictions.
