- Then, configure the AI action “Extract data from text” in Operations to extract specified keywords from the form responses.
- Finally, configure the Slack action “Send a message to a channel” in Operations to notify any channel with a message containing the extracted keywords.

- When configuring the Google Forms trigger, use JSONPath to correctly specify the value of the response field from which you want to extract keywords in the subsequent AI processing, such as the “Inquiry details” field.

- Connect both Google Forms and Slack to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
