■Overview
Do you find it time-consuming to manually transfer application and inquiry details received through Google Forms to Notion, and then add furigana to kanji?
With this workflow, AI automatically adds furigana to kanji when a response is submitted through Google Forms, then adds the data to a Notion database.
This frees you from repetitive data entry so you can focus on more important work.

■Who Should Use This Template
- Anyone who manages customer information or similar data using Google Forms and Notion and struggles with manual data entry
- Anyone who wants to manage kanji furigana efficiently and accurately, such as when creating event attendee lists
- Anyone responsible for operations who wants to automate data registration from forms and eliminate input errors
■Benefits of Using This Template
- Automate the entire process—from receiving form responses and adding furigana to registering data in a database—to reduce the time spent on manual work.
- Reduce the risk of human error, such as transcription mistakes and incorrect furigana entries, to improve data accuracy.
■Workflow Steps
- First, connect Google Forms and Notion with Yoom.
- Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set the action to “When a response is submitted to the form.”
- Then, select the AI feature as an operation and set the “Generate text” action to add furigana to kanji, such as the names received through the form.
- Finally, set Notion’s “Add a record” action as an operation, and add the form responses and the furigana generated by AI to the specified database.
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the workflow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the workflow after the trigger starts.
■Customization Options
- You can replace Google Forms, which is set as the trigger, with other form apps integrated with Yoom, such as formrun or Typeform.
- You can freely customize the prompt used to generate furigana based on your needs, such as specifying “in hiragana” or “in katakana.”
- You can replace Notion, the data destination, with other database apps such as kintone or Airtable.
■Important Notes
- Connect both Google Forms and Notion with Yoom.
- For details on how to retrieve response data when using Google Forms as the trigger, see How to Retrieve Response Data with the Google Forms Trigger.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
