■Workflow
- First, connect Discord, CloudConvert, and Google Drive to Yoom
- Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel”
- Use the branching feature to set a condition so that the workflow proceeds only when the posted file is in PNG format
- Then, download the target file from Discord and upload it to CloudConvert
- Convert the file to any desired extension in CloudConvert, then download the converted file
- Finally, configure the workflow to upload the downloaded file to a specified folder in Google Drive

■Customization options
- In the Discord trigger settings, specify the server ID and channel ID where you want to monitor messages
- With the branching feature, you can freely customize conditions for branching subsequent processes based on information obtained in previous steps, such as whether the file extension is .png or the file name
- In the CloudConvert action, you can specify the converted file format, such as JPG or GIF, and the file name
- In the action for uploading files to Google Drive, you can freely set the destination folder ID and file name using fixed values or variables
- Use regular expressions in the data transformation feature to replace saved file names according to specific rules and configure more flexible settings
■Notes
- Connect each of Discord, CloudConvert, and Google Drive to Yoom.
- You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest available interval varies by plan.
- Downloadable files can be up to 300 MB. Depending on the app specifications, the limit may be less than 300 MB.
- For details on the file size limits supported by triggers and each operation, see File Size Limits.
- Branching is a feature (operation) available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, operations configured in the workflow will result in an error.
