■Overview
When the status of a document in freee Sign is completed, a notification is automatically sent to a specified Chatwork room.
The notification content and the Chatwork room to which it is sent can be customized.
■Setup Method
1. Connect both the freee Sign and Chatwork apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set the Webhook URL, which can be obtained with the "When the document status changes" trigger in freee Sign, as the Webhook destination in freee Sign.
3. In Chatwork, use the "Send Message" operation to set up the linked account, the destination room, and the message content.
4. When the document status is completed, the flow bot is activated, and a notification is sent to the specified Chatwork room.
■Notes
・It is necessary to set up integration with the account for both freee Sign and Chatwork.
・Please replace the Chatwork room and notification content with any desired values.
・You need to be using a plan that allows the use of Webhooks in freee Sign.
