1. First, connect Google Forms and Google Docs to Yoom
2. Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set it to “When a response is submitted to the form”
3. Next, set up the “Request action from the person in charge” operation to request a review of the form response
4. Finally, after approval from the person in charge, set up the “Issue a document” operation in Google Docs to create a PDF document

■Customizing This Workflow

• For the Google Forms trigger, enter the ID of the form you want to include in the automation
• For the Google Docs “Issue a document” operation, specify the document template under “Document file ID,” and set any values for “Google Drive folder ID for storage” and “Output file name”
