Analyze and categorize Google Form responses with an AI worker, then notify Slack of actions to improve employee engagement

Launch this workflow to connect Google Forms & Slack !
■Overview
After conducting an employee engagement survey, are you spending too much time analyzing and categorizing the responses, as well as developing concrete action plans? With this workflow, whenever a response is submitted through Google Forms, an AI agent automatically analyzes the content and notifies Slack of action ideas to improve employee engagement, helping you move quickly and efficiently to the next steps.
■Who Should Use This Template
  • HR and general affairs professionals who spend significant time analyzing employee engagement survey results
  • Team leaders who want to quickly turn employee feedback into concrete improvement actions
  • Business leaders who want to leverage an AI agent to drive employee engagement across the organization
■Benefits of This Template
  • Automate the analysis and categorization of survey responses to reduce the time spent planning initiatives to improve employee engagement
  • Have AI analyze responses using objective criteria to reduce inconsistencies in interpretation and prevent analysis from becoming dependent on individual expertise
■Workflow
  1. First, connect Google Forms and Slack to Yoom
  2. Next, select Google Forms as the trigger and set the action to “When a response is submitted to a form”
  3. Then, set up an AI Worker operation and create instructions for analyzing employee satisfaction and developing initiatives based on the form responses
  4. Finally, set up a Slack action and notify the designated channel of the analysis results and initiative ideas generated by the AI Worker
※“Trigger”: An action that starts the flow. “Operation”: An action that processes data within the flow after the trigger starts
■Customization Options
  • In the Google Forms trigger settings, enter the ID of the form you want to connect
  • In the AI Worker settings, select the AI model you want to use and customize the instructions (prompt) for analysis and initiative planning
■Notes
  • Connect both Google Forms and Slack to Yoom.
  • You can select a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
  • Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
  • For information on how to retrieve response content when using Google Forms as a trigger, see How to Retrieve Response Content with the Google Forms Trigger.
  • Tools (apps) used within the AI Worker must also be connected through My Apps.
  • For basic AI Worker setup instructions, see 【AI Worker】Basic Setup Guide.
  • The number of concurrent AI Worker executions, the number of AI Workers you can create, and the AI models available to you vary by plan.
  • Apps and operations available within the AI Worker are subject to the same usage limits as Flow Bots.
  • AI Workers consume tasks during test runs just as they do during production runs. For details, see 【AI Worker】How Task Execution Counts Are Calculated.
  • AI Workers are more likely to process tasks appropriately when their instructions are configured in detail. For details, see 【AI Worker】How to Create Instructions.
