◼️Overview
When an employee is registered in SmartHR, they will also be registered in the payroll/attendance/personnel evaluation systems.
Starting from registration in SmartHR, automatic registration is possible without accessing other tools.
This time, we will set up using PCA Cloud Payroll, KING OF TIME, and KAO Navi as examples.
◼️Setup Method
① Select the app trigger from the trigger, press SmartHR (OAuth), and perform the following settings and save.
・Trigger Action: Select when employee information is registered.
・Subdomain: Copy and paste the subdomain from the SmartHR URL and test it.
・Next Page: Press test, and if the registration information is obtained, save it.
※ If you have not registered any employees, the test on the next page will not return a response, so please register an employee in the demo and test again.
For PCA Cloud Payroll settings
② Select the operation to link with the app from the + mark, select PCA Cloud Payroll, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Select data area
・Data Area: Select the target data area from the candidates.
・Data Center: Select the target data center.
③ Select the operation to link with the app from the + mark, select PCA Cloud Payroll, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Select register employee information.
・Corresponding Items: Embed the output items obtained from the trigger in ① into the corresponding locations.

④ Select the operation to link with the app from the + mark, select PCA Cloud Payroll, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Select logout from PCA Cloud.
・Data Center: Select the target data center.

For KING OF TIME settings
② Select the operation to link with the app from the + mark, select KING OF TIME, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Select register employee.
・Required and Optional Items: Embed the output items obtained from the trigger in ① into each necessary item.

For KAO Navi settings
② Select the operation to link with the app from the + mark, select KAO Navi, perform the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Select register member.
・Required and Optional Items: Embed the output items obtained from the trigger in ① into each necessary item.
◼️Notes
・Prior integration of SmartHR and each tool to be linked with data (in this case, PCA Cloud, KING OF TIME, KAO Navi, etc.) with Yoom is required.

・Please set and use employee names, email addresses, working hours, etc., appropriately.
・Please replace the settings and customizations of each application with any desired values and use them.
