■Overview
Automatically register employees in SmartHR using employee information from the Yoom database.
After registering employees, you can add operations to send notifications via email or chat.
■Setup Instructions
1. Connect SmartHR and Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set up any database or table with the trigger "Select target record from database".
3. In the SmartHR operation "Register employee information", set employee information such as name, email address, and department based on the information obtained from the Yoom database.
4. In the SmartHR operation "Send invitation to employee", set the integration account information.
5. Specify any record with a checkbox from the relevant database and activate the flow bot.
6. The employee will be registered in SmartHR.
■Notes
・Integration settings with the SmartHR account are required.
・Please change the SmartHR settings to any desired values.
・Please create an employee database in Yoom in advance for use.
