■Overview
Based on the information provided by employees in the form and the analysis data of the passbook images, new employee information is registered in SmartHR.
By adding a request to the person in charge during the process, more reliable data addition is made possible.
■Creation Method
① Select the form trigger from the trigger options.
② Prepare a file-type question for attaching passbook images and various questions necessary for employee registration, such as name and address, in the form's question items.
③ In the next screen, store and input the demo passbook image and various questions as a sample and save them.
④ Click the + mark under the trigger and select the operation to read text from images/PDFs.
⑤ Select "Read text from images/PDFs" from the actions and proceed to the next step.
⑥ In the file attachment method, select "Use obtained value" and set the passbook image configured in the form from the options.
⑦ Enter the items you want to extract.
※ Example: Name Kana (without honorifics), Account Number, Subject, etc.

⑧ Conduct a test to confirm if the values have been obtained and save them.
⑨ Click the + mark and select the operation to request action from the person in charge.
⑩ Set an arbitrary person in charge, click the message field, and embed the values obtained in the test in step ⑧ like "Name Kana: {{Name Kana (without honorifics)}}". By doing this, the obtained values are displayed directly in the request to the person in charge.

※ It is also possible to specify the person in charge by email address (external users can be specified) and dynamically embed the email address obtained in the trigger test in step ③, allowing the respondent to verify whether the passbook information analyzed from the image is correct.
⑪ Click "Add Form" and directly input the item names obtained in step ⑧. By doing this, it is possible to carry over the output obtained in step ⑧ or use the values corrected by the person in charge.

⑫ Click the + mark, select SmartHR from "Integrate with App", and then select the employee registration v2 action.
⑬ On the next page, input the obtained data as output in the fields corresponding to the required items displayed and the information obtained from the form and the analyzed content of the passbook image, and the setup is complete.
※ AI operations are only available in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations of the flow bot being set will result in an error, so please be careful.
