■Overview
This workflow automatically reads form-submitted report data using AI and efficiently stores that data in Google Sheets.
By utilizing AI, you can efficiently process large amounts of data without manual entry.
■Setup Instructions
1. Connect Google Sheets with Yoom. (My Apps Integration)
2. Create a form trigger to allow form submissions with attached report data.
3. In the "Read Text from Images/PDF" operation, set the items you want to extract from the PDF or image files.
4. Use the "Request Approval" operation to include a manual check before storing the read information.
5. In the "Operate Database" operation, use the "Add Record" action to add the obtained information to the spreadsheet.
6. Configure the settings to match the columns set in the spreadsheet with the read items.
7. In the Slack operation "Notify Slack," configure the desired message, destination channel, and other settings.
■Notes
・You need to connect Google Sheets with Yoom.
・Adjust the information to be read, the information to be stored in the spreadsheet, and the display format according to your business process.
・AI operations are only available in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the Free Plan and Mini Plan, operations set in the flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
