■Overview
This is a workflow that automatically reads resident record data submitted through a form using AI and stores the information in a Google Spreadsheet.
You can add the contents of the resident record to the database quickly and accurately without manual input.
■Setup Instructions
・Integrate Google Spreadsheet with Yoom. (My App Integration)
・Create a form with a form trigger that allows you to attach resident record data.
・In the "Read text from images/PDF" operation, set the items you want to extract, such as names, in the "Read text information from PDF or image files" action.
・In the "Request response from person in charge" operation, include a human check before storing the read information.
・Set the extraction items configured in the "Read text from images/PDF" operation in the input form.
・In the "Operate database" operation, add the obtained information to the spreadsheet using the "Add record" action.
・Match the columns set in the spreadsheet with the reading items and configure them accordingly.
・In the Slack "Send message to channel" action, configure the desired message and the channel to send it to.
■Notes
・You are free to set the extraction items and spreadsheet items as you like.
・Ensure that the columns in the spreadsheet and the extracted information are appropriately matched.
・The AI operation is a feature available only in the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations set in the flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
