■Overview
Transcribe audio files from business meetings sent through the form, convert them into minutes, add them to the database, and send notifications to the chat.
Text information can be generated by AI, allowing you to focus on the meeting itself.
■Preparation
Set the column names of the information in the PDF you want to add to the Yoom database in advance.
*Column names refer to items like these: "Date of Implementation," "Business Partner," "Minutes," etc.
■Setup Method
① Select the form trigger from the triggers.
② Prepare a file type question to attach audio data and various questions to input basic information in the form's question items.
③ On the next screen, store and input demo audio data and basic information as a sample and save it.
④ Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to transcribe the audio data, choose the action "Transcribe Japanese Audio," and proceed to the next step.
⑤ For the file attachment method, select "Use Retrieved Value," set the response item to store the audio data set in the form trigger from the options, and test and save it.

⑥ Press the + mark, select the operation to summarize, and choose the action to create minutes from text within ●● characters.
*If a large number of characters are expected to be transcribed, please select within 15,000 characters.
⑦ On the next page, input the output transcribed in step ⑤ into the target text, set the format and conditions as desired, and test and save it.

⑧ Press the + mark, select Yoom from "Operate Database," choose the pre-prepared table, and set the action to add a record.
⑨ On the next page, the pre-set column names will be displayed, so click on each column name field and input the output obtained in step ③ and the minutes data obtained in step ⑦ into the corresponding column names, then test and save it.
⑩ Press the + mark, select Yoom from "Operate Database," choose the pre-prepared table, and set the action to add a comment to the record.
⑪ On the next page, set the Yoom Record ID to be equal to {{Yoom Record ID}} obtained in step ⑨, and input the transcription data obtained in step ⑤ into the comment.
*This operation explains how to add values to comments within Yoom records. It can be established without settings.
⑫ Press the + mark, select Slack from "Integrate with Apps," and choose the action to send a message to the channel.
⑬ On the next page, set the specified channel ID and complete the setup by setting the desired content in the message content.
*AI operations are only available in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operations set in the flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
