■Overview
This is a flow that reads invoice PDFs received via email and adds the content to a spreadsheet.
By including an operation for a person in charge to intervene, it is possible to handle cases where there might be missing information in the reading.
■Preparation
・Prepare a database in advance to add the invoice reading content. In this case, a spreadsheet will be used.
・Google Spreadsheet requires prior registration with My Apps (integration with Yoom).
■Spreadsheet in use (viewing rights only. Please make a copy if you wish to use it. *Editing rights cannot be granted.)
■Creation Method
① Select the email trigger from the triggers and set it as follows.
・Email address for receiving: Enter any address.
・Trigger conditions: Set any trigger conditions.
・Actual email sending test: Send a test email with a demo qualified invoice file that meets the trigger conditions to the set receiving address once.
・Reception confirmation: Return to Yoom, conduct the email test, and save once you confirm the email reception.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to read text from images/PDFs, and perform the following settings, test, and save.
・Conversion type: Read qualified invoice (5 tasks)
・File attachment method: Select "Use obtained value" and choose the file attached in step ① from the candidates.
・Additional items to extract: If there are items you want to extract other than the default values, enter them.
* Default values are as follows → "Issuer's name", "Issuer's registration number", "Amount subject to 10%", "Consumption tax subject to 10%", "Amount subject to 8%", "Consumption tax subject to 8%", "Subtotal", "Total", "Issue date", "Payment deadline"
③ Press the + mark, select the operation to request action from the person in charge, and perform the following settings, test, and save.
・Person in charge: Member who activated the flowbot
・Details of the request for action: Embed the output obtained in step ② and request confirmation from the person in charge.
・Input form: Add items and set the same item names as the output item names obtained in step ②.
By doing this, it is possible to carry over the output obtained in step ② or use the values corrected by the person in charge.

④ Press the + mark, select the spreadsheet from the operation to manipulate the database, and perform the following settings, test, and save.
・Action: Add record
・Spreadsheet ID: Select the ID of the prepared spreadsheet from the candidates.
・Spreadsheet tab name: Select the target sheet name from the candidates.
・Table range: Select the range where you want to add rows, including the column names. In this case, select A1:I.
・Values to add to the record: Click the displayed column name field and embed the corresponding values obtained in step ③.
* AI operations are only available in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operations set in the flowbot will result in an error, so please be careful.
