If there is a missed time stamp, it may affect payroll calculations and audits, and you might feel the need to manage attendance data accurately.
With this flow, when a message is posted in a specific Chatwork room, a time stamp can be automatically registered in HRMOS Attendance, eliminating the need to log in to HRMOS Attendance each time.
If you check Chatwork when you arrive at work, you can register a time stamp in HRMOS Attendance while checking messages, improving work efficiency.
■Notes
・Please integrate Yoom with both Chatwork and HRMOS Attendance.
・Branching is a feature available with plans above the Mini Plan. If you are on the Free Plan, the operations of the flow bot you have set will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans like the Mini Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
・As a prerequisite for activating the flow, the account ID of the Chatwork sender and the user ID of HRMOS Attendance must be registered in the database.
