■Overview
This is a flow to register a clock-in in HRMOS Attendance when a message is posted on Microsoft Teams.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without any programming, as it allows for integration between apps.
■Recommended for
1. Users of Microsoft Teams
・Those who use it for daily communication
2. Users of HRMOS Attendance
・Those responsible for managing employee attendance
■Benefits of using this template
If there are many clock-in omissions among team members in attendance data management, it is cumbersome to check and request corrections each time.
With this flow, when a message is posted to a specific channel in Microsoft Teams, clock-in to HRMOS Attendance can be automated, reducing clock-in omissions.
It eliminates the need to log in to HRMOS Attendance, allowing clock-in directly from Microsoft Teams, enabling timely clock-in at the start of work.
