This is a flow where, once an employee is registered through a form, their information is registered in Jobcan Attendance using RPA and a notification is sent to Microsoft Teams.

With this flow, once employee information is registered in the form, the employee registration in Jobcan Attendance using RPA and the notification in Microsoft Teams are automatically completed.
It helps prevent registration omissions and transcription errors, and reduces the workload of the person in charge.

・Please integrate Microsoft Teams with Yoom.
・Operations that manipulate the browser are only available in the Success Plan. In other plans, the set operations will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use operations that manipulate restricted apps and browsers.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・Please register the Jobcan Attendance group administrator login ID and password with the Yoom browser operation account.
