■How the Flow Bot Works
- First, connect Discord and ChatGPT with Yoom.
- Next, select Discord as the trigger and set the action to “When a message is sent in a channel.”
- Then, select ChatGPT as the operation and use the “Generate text” action to determine whether the message content retrieved by the trigger is inappropriate.
- Next, configure the branching feature to split the subsequent process based on ChatGPT's response.
- Finally, configure Discord's “Send a message” action as an operation and post a warning message to the specified channel only when the message is determined to be inappropriate.

■Customization Options
- In the Discord trigger settings, enter the server ID and channel ID of your choice.
- For the instructions (prompt) sent to ChatGPT, define specific criteria for determining which posts are problematic, including the message content retrieved from Discord.
- With the branching feature, you can freely customize the conditions for executing subsequent warning operations based on ChatGPT's decision.
■Notes
- Connect both Discord and ChatGPT with Yoom.
- You can choose a trigger interval of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Please note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
- Branching is an operation available on the Personal plan and higher. On the Free plan, operations configured in the flow bot will result in an error.
- Paid plans, such as the Personal plan, include a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps and features (operations) that are otherwise subject to restrictions.
- To run ChatGPT (OpenAI) actions, you need a paid OpenAI API plan (you must be able to make payments when the API is used). For details, see OpenAI pricing.
- OpenAI charges for ChatGPT API usage based on the number of tokens used during API communication. Please note that an error will occur if you are unable to make payments when using the API.
