■Overview
When a text in English or another language is posted in a specific Slack channel, it will be automatically translated into Japanese by AI operations and replied to in the thread. The text before and after translation will be added to a spreadsheet.
■Setup Instructions
Please integrate each of the Slack and Google Spreadsheet apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
Specify the channel in the Slack action "When a new message is posted to a channel".
In the "Translate" operation, specify the text to be translated and the target language.
In the Slack action "Notify in thread", configure the message and other settings.
In the "Operate Database" operation, add the text before and after translation to the spreadsheet using the action to add records to Google Spreadsheet.
Configure the settings to match the columns set in the spreadsheet with the reading items.
■Notes
・It is necessary to set up the account information to be integrated in the operations of each app.
・Please replace the channel ID and message content of the Slack posting destination with arbitrary values.
・AI operations are only available with the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations of the flow bot being set will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
