- First, connect Box, secure SAMBA, and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
- Next, select Box as the trigger and set the action to “When a file is uploaded to a folder.”
- In the operation, set the Box “Download a file” action to retrieve the file detected by the trigger.
- If needed, rename the file using the file name conversion operation.
- Select secure SAMBA in the operation and use the “Upload a file” action to upload the retrieved file to the specified folder.
- Finally, set the Microsoft Teams “Send a message to a channel” action in the operation to notify users when the process is complete.

- Connect each of Box, secure SAMBA, and Microsoft Teams to Yoom.
- Box and secure SAMBA are available on the Mini Plan and above. Please note that if you are on the Free Plan or Personal Plan, the configured Flowbot operations and Data Connect may result in errors.
