This flow involves using AI to perform image analysis on qualified invoices received via email, storing them in the kintone database, and notifying Google Chat accordingly.
By integrating kintone and Google Chat, the information from qualified invoices analyzed using AI is automatically stored in the kintone database and notified to Google Chat, eliminating any gaps or omissions in information management.
It is possible to customize the notification destination and content in Google Chat.
■Notes
・Please integrate Yoom with both kintone and Google Chat.
・Pre-set the column names for the invoice information you want to add to the kintone database.
・Column names refer to items such as "Issuer's Name," "Issuer's Registration Number," "Amount Subject to 10%," "Consumption Tax Subject to 10%," etc.
・Integration with Google Chat is only possible with Google Workspace.
