■Overview
This is a flow where, when there is a new response in the Yoom form, a record is stored in the kintone database and sent to Outlook.
Without having to manually check the acquired response content, information is automatically added to both kintone and Outlook, making information management easier and preventing any omissions or errors.
You can also create this by changing the Yoom form trigger to a Google form trigger.

・Please integrate Yoom with both kintone and Outlook.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
