■Benefits of using this template
Since SmartHR allows for cloud-based management of employee information, it facilitates information sharing among team members and enables efficient HR and labor operations.
However, if you are manually transferring employee information from SPIRAL to SmartHR, you might find it time-consuming and inefficient.
This template allows for automatic addition of employee information to SmartHR once it is registered in SPIRAL, significantly reducing the time required for registration tasks.
Since the registration of employee information to SmartHR is seamless, you can proceed quickly with tasks that arise after registration.
Additionally, as data consistency between tools is always maintained, management tasks become easier.
■Notes
・Please integrate both SPIRAL and SmartHR with Yoom.
・You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
